Nintendo - DS - New Super Mario Bros. Reviews

    Nintendo has done it again with New Super Mario Bros.  My husband recently bought the whole family Nintendo DS Systems for the whole family and we have been having a blast with them.  He particularly wanted this game, New Super Mario Bros., because he has always been a big fan of the Mario games.  I had been to, so I thought I would have to give it a try.

     Like you other typical Mario games, you are set out to help the Princess.  You would think by now he would give up on her because she gets him into a lot of trouble.  So you have to complete all these boards and difficult tasks...

New Super Mario Bros. is great. There are 8 different worlds, but some courses and worlds are harder to get than others. Each world has a final boss which you must defeat in a number of ways. The only uses for the touch screen in the actual game are using reserved items and travel back to previously discovered worlds. Mario can do a lot of things like double jump and ground pound, slide, wall jump, grab & throw items, sidle & hang on walls, rope swinging, and fence climbing. Mega Mushrooms can turn to Mega Mario and be able to smash enemies, blocks, pipes, and even goals. Mini Mushrooms...

This game is a game where you battle lots of stages to beat the game. It's very fun and I could have played it for hours at a time. It is great for young ages but can be hard in some parts. The controls are easy and the characters are the usual ones- Mario, Peach, and Bowser. I recommend it.
