Nintendo DS - Mario Kart — 

Mario Kart has so many choices for races you never get tired of playing. And when you earn points for taking out Yoshi makes it even better.
The levels make it very simple to start out easy and then advance to the more challenging courses.  It is also great to change your characters.  Everytime you race it is different so its never the same race twice.  Learning the targets that get you additional points is a bit confusing at first.
