Nintendo has done my tummy good! Cooking Mama is a Japanese-based cooking game for the Nintendo DS. It incorporates many aspects of real-life cooking, but makes it safe fun you can have anywhere. — — Starting up the game, you see a glimpse of the kitchen you'll be working in and a picture of Mama, looking proudly back at you. This game is very fun, it has lots of different skills to learn and use to make around 70-80 different dishes. Some of the explanations of how to do certain things, for example, crack an egg, are not explained very well, so lots of practice is needed to figure out how to do it. Good news is, once you figure out how to do it, it is a lot easier. The game itself is easy to beat and it doesn't have a whole lot of gameplay time, but actually getting 100% on every dish is…

Cooking Mama is a pretty good game, it is quick on the uptake and just requires a lot of practice. It is really fun to make all the different cultural recipes and add your own twist in on the mix. Some of the games however require really fast hands and that can cause carpal tunnel after prolonged gaming. You will need an ice pack after…
