I have heard a lot of this book, but was a bit skeptical until I got this book from the library and sat down and read it for myself. I believe in God and the Trinity; I believe there is good and bad and even though I was taught when your dead, your dead, I tend to feel that there will be instances where people are clinically dead, but somehow, for whatever reason the Lord deems best, they come back as a witness to the rest of the world. In this instance, I tend to feel that that is the case. Anyhow, all of this is TRUE from the get go. A young associate Pastor was coming back from a retreat in Texas and hits an embankment and dies. Cops, paramedics come and pronounce him dead, but one thing that remains odd to some. a fellow minister passing by came by and was told of the news, but hearing the prompting from the Lord, ended up staying and started praying for the man; In the meantime, the man had a vision that he saw his relatives that have long departed who met up with him in heaven, and they were talking and greeting him, but somehow, they knew that the reunion wasn't for long and they prepared him to go back. He was dead for ninety minutes. Once he revived, he went into the hospital for months and further rehabilitation that took even more time. Yet, he never forgotĀ what had happened to him and this book is the result of his time. Probably one of the most interesting books I've read last year. Worth a good read.
