Nikon Coolpix L11 Digital Camera Review

The Nikon Coolpix L11 is a decent camera at the low end of the pricing spectrum.  It offers many features common on more expensive models, though it tends to be slow to reset between pictures and has trouble focusing for close-range photography.  If you need a camera to take with you while traveling or partying, the low cost of this camera makes it ideal, while providing good quality images and video.

The camera is compact, approximately 3" tall, 1" deep, and 4.5" long.  It features a 2.5"x1.5" LCD screen with reasonable image quality, but has no viewfinder.  It has many options for photography, including many preset "scenes" such as Face-Priority Autofocus, Portrait, Landscape, Sports, Night Portrait, Party/indoor, Beach/snow, Sunset, Dusk/dawn, Night landscape, Close up, Museum, and Fireworks show.  Each "scene" sets the shutter speed, flash, and ISO.

 If you are looking for a top quality digital camera, this is not the camera for you.  If you are looking for a good value with reasonable features, consider the Nikon Coolpix L11.
