This is what art should be - fun, engaging for all ages and put a smile on your face. This is exactly what the sculpture show named Niki in the Garden does and my kids couldn't get enough of it. There are over 30 sparkling, colorful sculptures displayed among the flora of the conservatory (no not a music conservatory - it's a massive green house) and in the adjoining gardens at the back of the conservatory. art lover, park lover, Like to expose my kids to art
I took my three kids and eighty-year old Aunt to the Niki in the Garden exhibit at Garfield Park. It was WONDERFUL! Kids get in for free and adults are $5. — The sculptures are mammoth! With beautiful, bright mosaics and cool pieces of tile, glass, wood you are mesmerized by French artist Niki de Saint Phalle's talent and ability. — The kids can climb, scale and hide in this magnicient works of art.
