Nike - Women's Celso Girl Flip-Flops Review

I generally wear two types of shoes, flip flops and Ugg Boots.  Since San Diego is pretty mild, I am able to wear flip flops for about eight months out of the year.  I was using the Quicksilver brand for years, but recently wanted to try something new, so I purchased Nike Women's Celso Girl Flip Flops.  I got mine at Famous Footwear for $22.00 and they come in a variety of colors.

I chose the black design which has black soles and a black thong on the upper part of the shoe.  They also have the Nike "swoosh" logo in white.  

According to Famous Footwear, these shoes have:

• Fast-drying, water-resistant stretchy neoprene upper
• EVA footbed and supportive, contoured EVA midsole

I have been wearing these shoes for four months now and still like them, but there are some minor problems.  For one, the shoes were snug on my feet when I first bought them, but the elastic has since lost some of its elasticity, making them a little loose.  The white, Nike "swoosh" logo has almost peeled all the way off and the worst problem is that they absorb foot odor.  I have never experienced stinky feet from flip flops before, but when I take these shoes off, you can slightly smell foot odor.

What I do like about these shoes is that they are very comfortable.  The foam on the sole of the flip flop is very flexible and super comfy - it's not a hard rubber like some flip flops have.  The upper thong part of the flip flop is really soft and stretchy to easily accommodate movement.

Would I buy these again?  Yes.  The pros outweigh the cons, and they fit my foot perfect!  I wouldn't recommend these if you have wide feet because I have regular foot width and my feet fit the sole perfectly, with not much room to spare.
