Nike - Shox Navina + Running For Women Review

I have been an athlete for most of my life and I swear by the Nike brand.  It is a well made shoe.  These Nike Shox are awesome because they absorb a lot of impact when you are running or playing sports.  Therefore, these shoes take some of the pressure off of your knees, which any athlete would appreciate.  However, when buying Nike brand, make sure you know your size in the Nike brand because the toe box is short, so they usually run half a size small.  And because I run a lot, I tend to put insoles with extra cushion, but I would do that with any shoe.  All in all, Nike is a great brand shoe which looks great on and provides quality support for your feet.  Happy exercising!
