My doctor reccommended for me to quit smoking, but i haven't been able to "kick" the habit yet. so she then reccommended for me to slowly try to cut back 1 step at a time. i started smoking when i was 12 yrs old (i'm 28 now) up to 2 whole packs of filtered smokes a DAY!!!
