I was able to stop smoking with NicoDerm CQ!

I used to smoke. Notice I said "used". I was a smoker for 12 years, and was up to smoking almost two packs a day. I didn't think that I could stop but, one day I decided that enough was enough and I went cold turkey. The next two days was less then pleasent. Honestly, I don't know how anyone could stand to be around me. Knowing that I was out of control, and yelling for no reason I broke down and bought a box of NicoDerm CQ stage 1 patches.
