When we had to fly out of down for a funeral I needed a hair mousse that I could take on an airplane, meaning my full sized containers would not meet the airline standards. I had to find one that contained 3.2 ounces or less, and the only one I could find was Nexxus. Nexxus Mousse Plus Volumizing Foam Styler was a big disappointment to me and I will never purchase this in the full sized containers. My Suave mousse comes out nice and thick and is easy to distribute through my hair, but the Nexxus brand almost dissolves when I attempt to rub it between my hands! I have to use twice as much mousse. On the upside, when enough product was used in my hair I did get the added volume that my hair needs, so this mousse did fulfill a need for me when travelling the not so friendly skies.

I needed some type of mousse to give my longer hair a little boost, I have shoulder length hair and other brands made my hair stiff and I looked like I had Big Hair from the 60's. Nexus foam styler gives me just a little fullnes without looking fake. I love the small can, which lasts forever, because it is so easy to travel with. I don't know what I did without it.

This is my favorite mousse thus far! I have  really dry and coarse hair and I have always used products like gel to hold down my crazy, frizzy curls! These gels left my hair looking flat and crunchy and I didn't like the look at all but it was the only thing that I could use to keep them under control. Then, somebody recommended I use mousse and so I tried a few but nothing worked. Then, I decided to try Nexxus and I love it! It is a little expensive which is the down side, but I think it's worth it. I use it every day when I style my hair. It keeps my hair looking natural and curly--there is no crunches or frizziness. My hair looks beautiful and I get compliments on it all the time! I usually apply the mousse to my hair and then blow dry it and it looks great! It doesn't do as much damage to my hair as gel used to do and I definitely prefer this mousse over any other ones I've tried. I think that people should definitely give this a try and ignore the price tag on it.
