My dog is one of the pickiest eaters and we couldn't find anything to reward him so training him was becoming impossible, till we came across Newman's own treats. He loves them and will do anything to get a treat.

To tell you the truth, it was curiosity that sparked my interest most when it came to trying Newman's Own Organics Premium Dog Treats. I am a huge fan of their human food so that was a big plus. They have eye catching packaging and I appreciate all of their transparency they display by including all the relevant information about the ingredients in the treats. They don't contain wheat or corn so sensitive tummies shouldn't be bothered. The thing I like about them the most is that they don't smell bad - as some scents can make me sick to my stomach but also, the bag is re-sealable to keep them fresh and crunchy when you are ready to treat your dog. My dog appears to enjoy the peanut butter flavored treats most of all. The size and texture of the treats are just about right for any dog. My dog also enjoys swatting them around a bit! The treats have wholesome organic ingredients that really help me to feel good about providing them to my dog. They are high quality and have organic ingredients so I don't mind paying the tiny bit extra for them. They are more than worth their cost.

I love to give treats to my dog and her many friends. Newman's Organic Dog Treats is the first and only organic treat for your dogs that I have found and they are a good alternative when you want to give treats to your beloved pets. I have given sample of these treats to friends that have dogs but are concerned that they are giving their pets healthy foods. I haven't found any of these beloved pets that don't love love this treat. These doggie treats are large enough that if you have a mid sized or large dog they actually know they got a treat not just a sniff. These organic treats come in different flavors and I have tried about all of them and our dog doesn't seem to have a favorite. They are available at the local supermarkets but I find that I can save some money when I buy the larger packages and order them. I have found a company that does free shipping so it's worth it to me and I don't have to deal with dog food with my groceries.

I buy most of my dogs' treats and food online or pet specialty stores because she has special dietary needs. A few times I have been in a time or travel crunch and had to comb the grocery's pet aisle for a snack or meal for my dog and find very limited choices. Newman's Own has been the repeat choice, and the Organic Treats have been a repeat buy. I am not going to pretend that my dog's tastes are as picky as her allergies, but she sure gets excited when we open the bag. There's a bunch of different flavors available, usually at least 2-3 choices each time we go although sometimes they change. There's only one she can't have. They all start with Barley Flour and end with Rolled Oats and meat/veg/fruit in the middle of the ingredients list. There's two sized bags available (10 & 13 ounces) but I usually find the smaller one. They're pricey for grocery treats but not for specialty treats. I pick them up if I know I won't be going to any of the pet stores and she's running low on treats. I can find them in any basic grocery and like that she's still getting her specialized diet needs met while eating something she likes!

I actually won a gift basket from my veterinary office that had various Newman's Own brand dog products in it, including these Newman's Own Organics Premium Dog Treats. I love Newman's Own brand and I had no idea they even made pet products until I won that basket! The bag I had from the gift basket was cheese flavored. These quickly became my dogs new favorite treats! There are two different sizes you can buy these in: small and medium. These are shaped like hearts, which I think is cute. When my dog sees me grab this treat bag she goes crazy! She will continuously beg for these. I have bought other flavors of the treats for her but her favorite is the cheese. The best part about this product is that it is organic. You can actually pronounce all of the ingredients! I feel good about feeding these to my dog. If you want high quality organic treats that your dog will love, I highly recommend these!

My Yorkie loves this treat. I cut this treat into tiny piece & freeze it as training treats. This company use only the best ingredients, no preservatives; no weilrd chemicals, many of their organic product has superior quality too. This is one of the best company for good quality dog food that I would trust. It's a non-profit company, they use profit to do more good for our society. Bad part of the products of this company, is their price. It's not realistic for majority of the population. With the high price of their product, they must be aimed at serving rich people for pet foods. It would make more sense to me if they make great product for very low price, so many more dogs can benifit from their good quality product. This will be a more direct way of doing charity deed. Majority of working people can only afford pet food from Walmart: supermarkets, which only sells pet food loaded with harmful chemicals. That's one of the reason we have very high cancer rate among dogs in this country. If this company lower their price for same good quality dog food, I would give it a 5 star.

I saw these Newman's Own Organics Premium Dog Treats at our local pet supply store in town and was instantly intrigued.  I like the Newman's brand for our (people) food because they are a great socially responsible company so I decided to buy a pack of it for our dogs to enjoy.  They were about the same price as other dog treats that I would consider in the same quality range (of course, more expensive than just the cheap Milk Bones or other mass market dog treats).  The ingredients were natural and organic and seemed very healthy and there were several different varieties and flavors for the dogs.  When I got home, my dogs instantly smelled the treats and absolutely loved them.  Of course, my dogs aren't too picky when it comes to treats, but it was nice to know that I was giving my dogs healthy and organic treats.  I tried looking for them at other stores and they were a little more difficult to track down, but the dogs sure enjoyed them!

I am very wary about what I give my dog, because most dog food is made in other countries and has so many artificial ingredients that you have no idea exactly what they're getting.  I was happy to see that Paul Newmans Dog treats are all organic with real ingredients that you know what it is and not chemicals and preservatives that you can't even pronounce.  They are made in America and I feel good about supporting American businesses.  But the most important thing is that my dog really likes them.  They come in different flavors so I can switch off and she gets variety.  And I dont have to worry because I know I'm giving her something thats healthy.  I like the fact that they're crunchy so I know it's good for her teeth and helping to keep them clean.  The fact that they are crunchy means she has to chew them and can't swallow them whole in 5 seconds like she does with a soft treat.  Paul Newmans treats are something you can feel good about giving your dog and I would recommend them.
