A dark beer, but not bitter. An English beer, but not stale. Newcastle is emminently drinkable, smooth and tasty. And the clear bottles are really cool, too. If your looking for a European beer that won't leave you with that wicked headache the next day, I urge you to try it and enjoy.

I would like to hear your explanation of the link between European beer and wicked headaches. I'd guess it has more to do with over-consumption than with point of origin. I'm curious about the "English beer, but not stale" comment, too.
