    Easy return policy, Great variety, Great for professionals and nerds!, Consumer reviews of products, Outstanding Customer Service, fast shipping, Competitive prices

Cons
    Rarely offer free shipping anymore

I have used newegg countless times and I am always amazed of how they have the lowest prices and the best service.  I always get my order faster than I imagined.   They are hard to beat price wise and have the best selection.  A favorite for sure.
