New Native Carrier Sling —
As a first time parent there's so much stuff on the market it's hard to know what to choose. Somehow we ended up with several baby carriers. This one is one I reccomend very highly. It's easy to wash, durable, "stylish" (you don't have to look like you're wearing a baby contraption if you take the baby out of it but leave it on--looks like a scarf).I still use this with my son now that he's almost 14 months. I love how I can just throw it on and have him at my hip or back hands free.
When he was newborn he loved to take naps in it and I brought him everywhere with my that way. Plus you can discreetly breastfeed.
I could go on and on but lastly the sling doubles as a blanket if you should happen to find you need something else to wrap the baby with.
