New Moon (The Twilight Saga, Book 2) —

"New Moon," the sequel to Stephenie Meyer's New York Times Bestseller "Twilight," is a great read. Just like the sequel, "New Moon" delves into the love and lives of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen from Forks, Washington.

In "New Moon," the Cullens leave Forks, particularly Bella, trying to make her life normal as possible. After a few months of mourning and grieving, Bella finds her best friend Jacob, who has to hide a very important secret about his family and tribe from Bella. After Alice has a vision, and Edward is misinformed, it's off to Italy to harrowingly fight the Volturi for a loved one's life.

Edward, Bella and Alice are allowed to go back to Forks, after making one promise: Bella must become an immortal, soon, or the Volturi will see to it that she never speaks of vampires again.
