I LOVE this pedometer. It is TOTALLY quiet (no annoying clicking from the inner spring mechanisms that occurs with so many other makers and models)! Its accuracy is great and can even work attached to my bra strap! I chose this particular model because it is great for those with larger tummies, according to my online research. It has a 7 day memory, so you can track your progress easily. It has a metal clip that grips great, but I also purchased the extra security strap, just to be sure; it's wonderful. I can set the intensity levels also; it is VERY user friendly. I would suggest this model to anyone who is in the process of losing weight and wanting to track their steps. It comes in black only; I was hoping for it to come in yellow. This is a can't miss!
