New Cook Book Limited Edition —
I am a family recipe cook that does not use specific measurements. However, in order to expand on my knowledge i got the limited edition COOK BOOK because it was so organized and give you all the measurements you need. The best part is the sections they have for each food group and cooking tips and tricks. Some of the recipes are simple and general and not really euthentic. But this book makes up for it by giving you general tips that mom may have forgotten to mention. Just look at the section under Beef and you will find how to cook certain cuts and what section of the animal correspondes to what cut.
