New Cook Book Limited Edition —
This is the tried and true cook book that has been around for decades. Chances are your mother had this very cook book in her kitchen. I have fond memories of the red plaid cover and many of the pages had come loose from the bindings or had food stains on them.I was so excited to add this book to my collection when I married and got my own house. If you only have one cook book, this should be it. It has all those childhood recipes you remember as well as many helpful tips to teach you how to cook.
It has a measuring conversion chart, a microwave hints chart, an emergency substitutions chart and extensive information about herbs, vegetables and cuts of meat.
I highly recommend this to anyone who cooks or has a kitchen.
