New Chapter Organics Every Man's One Daily keeps men safe on both counts by offering a good dose of nutrition that supplies the body with the minimum requirements needed based on United States recommended daily allowances along with enzymes and other special ingredients that boost the body's defenses against disease.

Many multi- vitamins offer mega doses of different vitamins and minerals, but New Chapter Organics Every Man's One Daily is different. This product does not take the vitamin and mineral levels to excess. It keeps the levels at or near the 100% USRDA level for most of the vitamins and in the 25% to 100% range for most of the minerals. This makes me feel a little better about taking these nutritional tablets. I'm not an expert on nutrition, but I never felt very safe taking some of those mega- dose vitamin and mineral supplements. The levels of nutrition in some tablets seem far too high- almost to the point that they could become toxic over time.

New Chapter Organics Every Man's One Daily are designed for men and along with the nutrition, these supplements are also intended to increase energy and immunity. I don't have any issues with disease, so I cannot judge this product from that angle. I also haven't noticed any big change in my energy level, but that is mainly because I spend such a large portion of my day sitting at a desk absorbed in my work that I wouldn't even know if there was an improvement in energy. I have read comments from other consumers about this product and they say they do feel more energized so there must be something to this claim, even though my experience doesn't back it up.

One possible problem that some will experience with New Chapter Organics Every Man's One Daily is the large size of the tablets. They are larger than most, with a length that is close to one inch. The size will intimidate some consumers and it could make them very difficult to take. I am able to take them with little trouble, but I could not get them down without the aid of a glass of water.

Proper nutrition and a strong immune system are important and New Chapter Organics Every Man's One Daily is a very good supplement that offers a reasonable level of vitamin and mineral enhancements along with special ingredients to improve immunity. These nutrition supplements are easy on the stomach and can be taken any time of day, with or without food. I don't really need a product like this the way others do, but I can certainly recognize their value. They can help achieve the right balance of nutrition without going to extremes while also helping to fight disease, making them a good vitamin choice for many consumers.
