I first saw this beer in Colorado and was happy it was in California too! This was the first beer of New Belgium's I had and I loved it. I like just about all of their beers. They have a nice rich flavor and aren't too filling. I like the artwork on the bottle too, which I'm a total sucker for. I definitely roccoment this beer and New Belgium's other beers. Cheers! —…

I really wish that I cold buy Fat Tire in Ohio! It's only available west of the Mississippi river, and I live in Ohio. I discovered this beer from tailgating in concert parking lots, from friends who had brought it literally "over the river." If gas wasn't so expensive, we'd go over the river ourselves to buy some! — — I am not sure I can convey how good this beer is. Maybe it's because I only get to have it a couple of times a year if that, but it tastes like no other. It has a somewhat fruity taste, but it's not sweet. a beer drinker
Overall this is a great beer. It is brewed in Fort Collins, Colorado. Picture of an old bicycle on the bottle hence the name 'Fat Tire' (I know , strange huh). Good strong flavor without an after taste. Compares to Samueal Adams or Sierra Nevada. Comes in slightly odd shaped brown bottles - be careful the glass is thiner than most bottles and they break easily. Obviously it is not the cheapest beer but I would say it is worth it. Might be hard to find it outside Colorado, but it is available in California at least. —…
