No Blisters with New Balance!
cursed with problematic feet, an overpronator, someone who blisters easily, a high-maintenance shoe buyer, an orthotics wearer

We're going on a major vacation in just a few weeks, and I have been desperately searching for a pair of walking shoes that I can wear in European cities without feeling like an "American in white tennis shoes". My only comfortable walking shoes are my bright white New Balance 856 running shoes, but I wasn't about to wear them around Paris. After several tries, and misses, with Ecco, Mephisto and other high-end shoes it suddenly hit me, why not see if New Balance carries a line of hiker/walking shoes? So I went online to Zappos.com and found the New Balance WW965 "country walking" shoes and ordered...

they do not give the comfort that's advertised.
a creature of comfort, looking for comfort, thrifty shopper, happy to get a bargain, shoe lover

I purchased the above named shoes about a year ago. Since I've started more walking and treadmill usage i've found that they hurt my feet, when walking about 20 min.  Would love to find a pair that is comfortable and inexpensive.
