It's pretty simple. I love lipstick. And longwear lipstick is the greatest makeup in invention of all time. The problem was when I first started wearing it, I had the hardest time getting it off. I tried so many different makeup removers. At the time, I was also wearing waterproof mascara. I couldn't find anything that worked well for either the waterproof mascara or the longwear lipstick. Whatever I used I would have to pull, tug, and rub. That was hard on my lashes and left my lips raw. Vaseline became my go to remover, but it was so messy. Then I discovered Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover. Not only does it do a great job with removing waterproof mascara, when I need to wear that, but it removes my longwear lipstick just as easily. No pulling or rubbing necessary. It also does a great job of cleaning foundation off my face if I've worn some that day. True, it is oily, even though it has oil-free in its name. But it's the best product for makeup removal I have found.
