Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser Review

I used the Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser for approximately 4 times in the shower when it dropped out of my hands.  I really think the design does not give you enough to grip onto with soapy hands.  Well, it stopped working - took it back to the store and they replaced it with another one and the same thing happened again.  It's a real shame because I loved how it made my face feel smooth and clean.  Plus I have one spot on my face that is very sensitive to alot of products and this work out fine for me - even the sensitive spot was doing beautiful.  I email the company but got no response.  I would love to use it again because it  REALLY  did do a great job and my skin was so much softer.
