Picky about cleansers, troubled by acne
Pros

    Has plenty of power, small enough to fit in your hand, Doesn't dry out your skin, Gets the blood circulating, Vibrating action massages your skin

Cons
    Takes a while to foam up

Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser — 

I have used this product for only a couple of days now, but so far it has left my face very smooth and soft. Unfortunately, so far as far as an acne treatment I haven't found it very successful, but I will give it more time.

I got the product free from a special program, so I can't complain much...it does take a minute or so to start foaming, but once it starts it really foams well!

If you want to stop acne use the wave and a stop acne product like proactive or clean and clear they work best.
