THEY ASK ALL KINDS OF QUESTIONS TO KNOW YOUR LIFESTYLE AND SKIN CARE ROUTINE AND THEY FORMULATE THE BEST KIT BASED ON YOUR SKIN TYPE, STRESS LEVEL, WHERE YOU LIVE AND SO ON. MY KIT WORKS VERY WELL FOR ME. AND I ONLY HAVE TO USE IT ONCE A DAY WHICH IS A GOOD THING FOR ME BECAUSE IM NOT GOOD ON ROUTINE-THE DIRCTIONS WERE TWICE A DAY BUT MY FACE DEFINITELY WOULD DRY OUT IF I DID USE IT TWICE A DAY AND IT WORKS GREAT FOR JUST ONCE A DAY. I CURRENTLY HAVE 2 SMALL PIMPLES BUT THAT IS GREAT COMPARED TO THE FACE FULL I ALWAYS USED TO HAVE!!

I totally love my skin id kit, i have always had nasty acne and now my face is starting to get clear and i have only been using it for a week. IT IS GREAT!!

maybe for you it does ... FOR ME IT JUST MADE MY SKIN WORST THAN B4 im goint back to proactive besides proactive is giving me a 50% off just to return bak with them PROACTIVE IS SO MUCH BETTER..... skindID caused my skin irritation , my skin is extremetely dried and my breakouts dont stop/// CUSTOMER SERVICE dont wanna send my a prepaid label to send their product back i even told em that i spent 15 dolars in a product to stop the skin irritation.. they didnt care... they will just give a refund for the product and i have to wait 30 days to get it..... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE... to all of you please dont switch from one product to another one only because the promise something better ... proactiv was working for me but i wanted to go thru the skin ID experience..... DONT SPEND UR MONEY if proactiv is working for you cuz neutrogena is just not better than them
