troubled by acne

Neutrogena Skin id — 

I have been using Neutrogena's skin ID products for a few weeks now, and have not seen a difference from using any other acne treatments.  I feel very disappointed because I had such high hopes for it, seeing as how it is supposedly personalized. It probably works for people who have success with any regular acne cleanser.  I, on the other hand, have not had true success with any product, so maybe it's just me? Anyway, this is my rating based on the results I got.  Maybe it will work better for you!

It did not work for me either and I was very disappointed because, like you said, I thought it was suppose to be personalized and I thought I had maybe found something that would actually work for me. I think it made my skin and acne a little worse actually...Very very dry and flaky and it broke out more than before.
