I've tried Neutrogena products before and had good experiences with most of them, so I thought I'd give skinID a whirl. I filled out the online evaluation as honestly as I possibly could (making it clear that I have very sensitive skin), and I still ended up with products that caused an allergic reaction.
If you don't have sensitive skin, this product may work very well for you, but I think you can probably find products with the same ingredients at a drugstore for much cheaper. If you have sensitive skin, you'll probably do the same thing I did, which was spend 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep trying to convince her that no, I'm not SUPPOSED to have red, itchy, flaky skin after using these products and that yes, I would like my money back.
I'm not giving up on Neutrogena as a brand. I'll just stick to choosing the products I want and not being forced to buy what they think is best, based on some online questionnaire that they obviously don't pay attention to anyway.
