I have a long walk to the office everyday and in the summer my face gets exposed to a lot of sun. I have sensitive skin so I don't want to use strong sunscreen but since I get exposed to the sun a lot, I do want the protection. This sunscreen is perfect because it has strong protection but at the same time has safe ingredients appropriate for sensitive skin. Once I started using this everyday, I don't buy anything else. I am satisfied because I get the strong protection from the sun and my skin is not irritated from the ingredients. Scent The scent is not very strong and I think it's quite neutral. It doesn't bother as much as other sunscreens. Absorption This slight complaint I have about this is that you have to rub it a lot for it to completely absorb. Longevity This lasts long and I only apply it in the morning. Effectiveness This gives your skin complete protection from the strong sun. Ease of Application Since it doesn't absorb instantly, it can take a while to apply but not too much to be disturbing.

Due to my sensitive, acne-prone skin, my dermatologist recommended Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Sunscreen Lotion, SPF 60. It is specifically made for sensitive skin and is paraben, oil and fragrance free. It is also water-proof, which makes it great for our sweltering hot summer days. I can garden all morning and it won't slide off my face when I perspire. It is rather pricy, however. So, I only use this one on my face. I am protected from the harmful effects of the sun's UV rays without a chance of acne breakouts! Scent This sunscreen is fragrance free. So there is no scent making this a perfect sunscreen for those with sensitive skin. Absorption It absorbs quickly and cleanly if one doesn't use too much. When my husband doesn't shave and he uses too much, it sticks to his whiskers. It can appear as a white glaze on my face as well if I use too much. So, beware. Only dab a tiny amount on spots around your face. Then smooth it in well. Longevity I've never had to reapply it, so I don't know how long it should last. I've never had a sunburn while wearing it. Effectiveness It seems to last forever! My skin isn't burned and I don't break out from the sunscreen. Ease of Application If too much is used, it won't blend in well. However, it is as easy to apply as with any other lotion.

I am a huge fan of Neutrogena products for all of my hair and skin care! They are reasonably priced and very effective! My children have extremely sensitive skin and my daughter often develops rashes from many lotions and sunscreens. We have been using Neutrogena sensitive skin sunscreen now for several years and have been extremely satisfied with the protection it provides. Scent This sunscreen has a very pleasant and clean smell. It is not overpowering or strong. Absorption The Neutrogena sunscreen goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. It does not feel greasy or sticky on your skin. Longevity This sunscreen is 60 SPF and I have found that it remains effective for about four to six hour. I do feel that you may need to reapply if you are in the water or sweating excessively. Effectiveness I have been very happy with the protection against the sun that this product offers. My whole uses this sunscreen and we have never gotten a sun burn . Ease of Application The sunscreen is easy to apply and spreads into the skin smoothly. A little product goes a long way and provides superior protection from the sun's dangerous rays!

I received a free sample of Neutrogena sensitive skin sunscreen some time back. The product of Neutrogena is really effective and is fragrance free. It does not have any greasy feeling on the skin and makes it feel soft and smooth. The product is waterproof and sweat proof. I apply this cream before going for leaving the house and the effect remains till I return home after 8 hours. I have sensitive skin due to which I get rashes if the cream reacts on my skin but this product protected my skin from these rashes and I did not experience any burning sensation in spite when I used to be out in the hot sun. My skin color remain unchanged and did not get tanned. Some of the ingredients of this product include 100 stearate, PEG-8, polyaminopropyl biguanide, polyhydroxystearic acid and polymethyl methacylate which work as a medicine on the skin thus leaving it untanned. The product provides UVA and UVB protection. I am planning to purchase this product soon after this sample gets over. The price is reasonable if purchased online.

Neutrogena Sensitive Skin SPF 60+ Sunscreen is a great product for all day wear! I bought it on a trip to the beach a few years back and it is now my go-to face sunscreen! I have very sensitive dry skin and I am prone to getting sunburn on the top of my cheeks and across my nose. It absorbs nicely and doesn't leave skin feeling greasy and it doesn't clog my pores. It takes a few minutes to fully set in, but it doesn't sit heavily on my face and I feel like I am doing something good for my skin when I use it. It lasts all day in the sun without having to reapply too often. It has a very light clean scent without any additional coconutty beachy smell like a lot of sunscreens have. I love that this product is made for sensitive skin and I highly recommend it for summertime use! It doesn't sweat off or get runny and it works as well as a regular facial moisturizer so you don't have to layer on products.

This is definitely another successful product from Neutrogena! My sensitive skin cannot handle a lot of sunscreens, especially the ones from Hawaiian Tropic and Banana Boat. I do not know what they put into their product, but my skin cannot take it! I am fairly dark skinned to begin with, but I sincerely believe in protecting myself against sun damage. That is why I choose to use this product, even though I do not really need 60spf sunscreen. This sunscreen never causes my skin to break out in a rash and it really protects against sunburning. I also noticed that it does not wash off very quickly in water, which is a total plus. It means that I do have not put it on every time I get out of the pool or the ocean. When I do put it on, it absorbs quickly, so I do not feel like my skin is really greasy, which is something I really hate about some sunscreens. I definitely recommend this sunscreen to anyone who has sensitive skin.

This sunblock is great! I have a fair skinned little boy, so of course I have to use sunblock on him when we go to the pool or sunny activities. I had bought the baby sunblock that I have always used for my other children. After the first time using it, I noticed he was a little red and his eyes were puffy. A couple of uses later, he had a really bad reaction to the sunblock. The next summer, I tried a different brand. It was better at first, but then it happened again. I talked with the doctor and he said my son was allergic to the chemicals in the regular sunblocks on the market. He recommended I find an all natural alternative. This past August, we went to the beach. I was trying another sunblock and he had another bad reaction. After hunting around, I found this sunblock. What a difference! Not only did my son tolerate the sunblock without a reaction, he didn't get burned. The texture is really good. I like the feel of it better than the others I have tried. It goes on easy without a greasey feel and holds up a long time. My son had a much happier vacation thanks to this product!

Dark skinned people often avoid wearing sunscreen because skin cancer and sun damage are less of a concern for us, than for fairer skinned people. However, it is important that people of all colors shield themselves from heavy sun exposure, which is why I bought this sunscreen. First of all this suncreen leaves a heavy white film on my face, and makes me look extremely strange. I didn't really notice until I was already outside, and I got strange looks from people who must have thought that I had some kind of weird skin condition. Next, I must address this claim that this is for sensitive skinned people. I certainly didn't break out when I was using it, but I had to scrub my face pretty hard to get rid of that white film which definitely left my face feeling pretty raw. As you can probably guess I will not being buying this product again. I have been using CeraVe for some time, and I just bought Cetaphil and I have already had better results.

Neutrogena has done it again with their incredible sunscreen values and lasting quality.  I am an avid cyclist that spends extreme amounts of time in the sun and will burn after an hour without the proper SPF in my sunscreen.  This product has an excellent rating, is easily applied and even stays on in the sweaty heat that cycling can create after hours in the sun.  I do have to reapply but most sunscreens should be after any extended amount of time so that aspect is expected if you are an outdoors kind of person. What I love is that I have been cycling for almost 10 years in the heat of Texas and my skin still looks youthful even after 45 years but, I have to give some credit to the Neutrogena skin care line to include their awesome sunscreens.  I would highly recommend this product to any woman that desires to look youthful well into her 30's, 40's and beyond if you spend time outside for more than 30  minutes.  Give this product a try...it works!   Sandy

I have fair and very sensitive skin and have not been able to use "normal" sunscreen. I decided to try this suncreen and it did protect me from the sun. It left a white residue that looked strange when it rained on me. After a few uses, I broke out using this sunscreen and won't use it again.
