After noticing a few breakout spots on my face, my friends highly recommended the use of Neutrogena Rapid Clear Daily Treatment Pads. Everyday, I followed the directions to apply it on at two separate times. After about a week, I could notice small changes. However, I soon noticed that my skin was having a side effect to the product and was starting to dry out and flake. I reread the instructions on the container and reduced the usage to just one pad. Still, my skin was flaking and was beginning to itch. This was very frustrating because I applied it after washing my face so it had no greasy surface, and I don't do any work that would involve me to sweat a lot. Overall, the product did achieve its goal by reducing the breakouts, but it took longer than expected and caused irritating side effects that made me give up on it. Side Effects Itchy and irritated skin with noticeable flaking Immediacy Started showing small signs of progress after the first week, but didn't completely get rid of the breakout after that.

Because of the nature of this product, I tend to only use this product after heavy exercising or if I am sweating a lot. It does make me feel a bit more refreshed, but there isn't anything about it that will reduce the amount of acne that is on your skin, which can be a bit annoying. I have kind of given up on trying to use this product to reduce blemishes, I don't know whether the formula just isn't strong enough or something. I wouldn't really recommend this at all.

My acne is quite bad, and I have tried dozens of products to get rid of it. One of these products was Neutrogena Rapid Clear Daily Treatment Pads. I found that they were very cleansing and helped to reduce the size and redness of my pimples. That I especially loved was the clean feel of my face after I used them. I like to use them before I go to sleep so I wake up with my face feeling fresh, and they are also great to use in the morning as part of a wake-up routine. Unfortunately, like all other products I have tried, the effects soon wore off and I had to move on to something else. I now take Accutane, which is the strongest stuff that can be perscribed. Before Accutane dried out my skin, I used these pads to cleanse my face, because I could not use harser creams for more than a spot treatment. It managed to keep my face clean, and kept new blemishes from forming. My skin is now too dried out to use them, but I still recommend them.

Neutrogena Rapid Clear Daily Treatment Pads are a good product. I have used them several times. I have average adult acne with pimples and blackheads. I have extremely oily skin that seems impossible to fix. I have tried many many products over the years to fight acne and oil and have never found anything that helps much. I bought Neutrogena Rapid Clear Pads after seeing on the package that they are "rapid clear". I was hoping they might do the trick and help with my acne. Neutrogena Rapid Clear Pads come in a convenient and attractive plastic bottle. They are easy to open and easy to use. They smell nice and feel pleasant on my facial skin. Every pad is full of medicated liquid and it's easy to swipe over entire face. After trying for several days, I didn't really notice a difference in my acne or oil. I do think the pads help to clear excess dirt, make-up and oil, as they have a somewhat bumpy texture. Although my acne didn't change, I did enjoy the feeling of the pads and medicine, and I think they helped to get my face cleaner.

Truthfully, I'm not sure if Neutrogena Rapid Clear Daily Treatment Pads actually do the work they're supposed to. I've been using them consistently for years now, and I keep buying them because I'm afraid that my acne would get worse if I stopped using it. I do stop using the pads some nights during school breaks, and there are some bumps that start to pop out over my chin and forehead, but it does that regardless when I'm using the treatment pads, too. I can't give too accurate a review, but I can say that these are soft treatment pads that, when applied, will give you the burning sensation that feels as if the medicine is penetrating and working strongly throughout your pores. When you are wearing makeup, even if you feel you have taken it off thoroughly for the night, these treatment pads will prove you wrong and take out the rest of the product that has been clogging your pores. Where there is excess oil on your skin, you can tell when you use these treatment pads because you will see grey shades over the surface that it has soaked up for you. When you use these pads on consecutive nights, you will notice a difference because there is little to no change in the surface of the pads which probably means you have less oil and dirt clogged up in your pores. However, I'm not sure what it does for my acne because I still do break out with acne every now and then despite using this product every night.
