Do I look like I have a sunburn now because of this?

troubled by acne, a dry skin sufferer

Works well to eliminate the pimple but leaves my skin dry and red, to the point that it's painful and almost better to suffer the acne than have my face feel like it's peeling off. It makes my skin ultra sensitive and not worth it.
