I used to have Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Eliminating Spot Gel, and switched to Clean and Clear, because the Neutrogena option was so much more expensive. I'm not sure I'd say I regret the decision right now, becuase I'm a starving college student, but Rapid Clear definitely works better. I have to put the Clean and Clear one on more often to get the pimples to go away as fast, and it ends up really drying out my skin in whatever area I put it on. The thing is, this tiny bottle will last you FOREVER, so it might be worth it over the long run to have the better product at your disposal. I have only occaisional pimples, especially when I'm stressed, so I'm not using these products to manage serious acne, only a breakout from time to time. I can't speak to what using these products more often would be like. I think next time I run out, which probably won't be for a long time, I will go back to using Neutrogena because it is the better product, and even if it's twice as expensive, 9 dollars over a few months is still not that much.
