Be sure to shake this before using. Takes off my waterproof mascara pretty well. That's all I use it for. It ran down my face so I took some toilet paper and wiped it off. On my way to school my face felt like it was hardening. I look in the mirror and the make-up remover left this yucky residue on my face. I was unprepared so I had to use my spit to remove it! GROSS Just please be sure to wet a towel or something to wipe off the excess. Proud to say this item is tear free though.

I really liked using this product for getting my eye makeup off.  I like that it's oil-free and that it easily removes almost all eye makeup.  It washes off easily and doesn't sting eyes (although sometimes it can sting a little if a lot gets in your eye).  I like that you just apply it to a cotton ball and that it quickly removes my eye makeup.  I haven't had any problems with it leaving a nasty residue on my eyes or smudging in the morning.  For the most part it takes all my eye makeup off.

I have been using this cleanser for years and I highly recommend it for sensitive skin. It removes all of the makeup with ease and does not irritate my skin.

I use pigments and the professional series from MAC. These are hard to remove products at times and their deep pigments really can stick. With this remover however, everything comes off with ultimate ease and NO irritation.

The eye-makeup remover by neutrogena is decent but yet unimpressive.  I used it for a long time and it continuously left smudges under my eyes when I would wake up in the morning.  Since I did not want to go through a bottle every couple of weeks I have since searched for alternative ways to remove my eye makeup and have settled on baby oil.  Works wonderful and is so much cheaper.

I recently ran out of the Neutrogena Make Up Remover and being short of money tried the CVS brand, didn't work, took it back tried the Target brand, didn't work, took it back, bought the Neutrogena!

I just works! I use waterproof mascara because I have contact lenses and it comes off easily and completely with one cotton ball.

This makeup remover was amazing! I was unsure if it would work because I use waterproof mascara but it took all my makeup off easily.  It is a little expensive but I will buy it again and again.  I usually use Mary Kay makeup remover and this was just as good as that product. I would definately recommend this product!
