Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover — 

This product is similar in design and function to a Mary Kay product I tried years ago, but is much cheaper and widely available.  Not only did it easily get my mascara off, it somehow got the remainder of eyeliner from the day before that I had missed with my other cleanser.  Very impressed by this, with the light fragrance and non-oily feel. It works!!!
