Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover Review

I really liked using this product for getting my eye makeup off.  I like that it's oil-free and that it easily removes almost all eye makeup.  It washes off easily and doesn't sting eyes (although sometimes it can sting a little if a lot gets in your eye).  I like that you just apply it to a cotton ball and that it quickly removes my eye makeup.  I haven't had any problems with it leaving a nasty residue on my eyes or smudging in the morning.  For the most part it takes all my eye makeup off.
