Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover is an excellent, gentle remover for my waterproof mascara. It is very economical. It works just as well for me as the more expensive brands of remover that I have used in the past, including Clinique and Estee Lauder.  When I purchased this one is was part of a buy one get one free promotion, too.
