Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover Review

The eye-makeup remover by neutrogena is decent but yet unimpressive.  I used it for a long time and it continuously left smudges under my eyes when I would wake up in the morning.  Since I did not want to go through a bottle every couple of weeks I have since searched for alternative ways to remove my eye makeup and have settled on baby oil.  Works wonderful and is so much cheaper.
