I hate to write a bad review about a Neutrogena product, but this stress control acne wash did not work like it said it would. I have noticed that I do break out more when I am stressed out and when I saw this face wash, I thought it would be a good purchase. Unfortunately, this product did help me when I broke out in stress acne. It cleaned my face very well and my pores felt great, but when push came to shove, I still broke out pretty badly. I like that it is a foam wash and that it is oil free, but I would have expected for the price, that it would have helped me through a stressful situation more. I stopped using it about a month after I purchased it because of this issue. Neutrogena should change the name so that it just says that it is a facial cleanser. That would make it truthful and not misleading. If you need something to clean your face, this will do the job, but do not expect it to assist you with stress acne.

I was a little disappointed with some aspects of this product. First of all, there was the fact that the bottle was extremely thin and there wasn't a lot of actual product within this, and it will probably only last a month if you use it each day. It made my skin feel so refreshed and nice, and the foam actually cleansed my face. I felt as if it also made my skin a little bit softer than it was in the first place.

I really like this product. When I get stressed out my face breaks out really bad. I have tried many different facial cleansers that claim to heal acne fast but, none have compared to this. I have combination/ sensitive skin and this really helped clear up my face and very fast. I love the foam because it seems to work a lot more affectively. It leaves my skin feeling very clean and renewed.

For some reason, the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power-Foam Wash does seem to have a calming effect on me. It relieves the stress that I have from a long day, and effectively gets rid of the oil. The Neutrogena foam wash also reduces the acne and my skin feels so much better after using this product.

with my oily skin, this made so much of a difference. i could not believe it. my skin is the oiliest it has ever been, but i started using the product and the oil production on my face has drastically slowed down. it works so well for me. Side Effects i havent received any side effects from this. i have used it for two months and still works great. Immediacy it worked after the first week.

Overall, I probably would not recommend using Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Stress Control Power Foam Wash. I did not see a noticeable difference in my acne. I still had white heads and black heads. This product is supposed to use micro clear technology to clean deep in your pores and to prevent further breakouts. I often have breakouts related to stress and this product did not work any better than a regular face wash. I was disappointed. However, I liked that this product was gentle on my skin. It did not dry out my skin or make it red. The green tea and cucumber in this face wash helped to calm my skin. This product was also easy to apply and rinse off. My skin felt cleaner after using this face wash.

This is another product by the well-know Neutrogena company and I have to say that it is not a bad product but is a little pricey.  The bottle is fairly skinny so not very big - but, I will say that it looks like a liquid but comes out as a foam.  Therefore, you only need to use 2 or 3 pumps worth to wash your face which makes the bottle last a little longer. The foam that comes out is a little thin looking but as you rub it on your skin, it seems to coat and cover very well.  It also has a very pleasant smell so despite the fact that it does contain the salicylic acid for acne, it does not have an over "medicated" smell. On the bottle you will notice it says "treats acne even before it emerges".  While I didn't discover this to be quite true (my skin did still get breakouts and pimples), this cleanser was helpful in clearing my skin after the breakout and is much less drying than regular soap.  Everyone's skin is different so it might be worth a shot for you!

I love neutrogena products but their skin care products never clear up my skin. I have tried several of them and they all work about the same. Some work mroe then others but they never dclear my skin. This product is good for moderate or low cases of acne.

I recently bought the neutrogena oil free acne stress control power foam wash because it was a little less expensive than the scrub that can in the tubes. It works just as well as the other product with the same ingredients except this comes out in a foam. At first, I was hesitant because I thought foam products would get used up faster, but I may actually prefer this one. I use about one and a half to two pumps to clean my face and it feels exactly this same as the other scrub that I used before. I would continue to buy this prodcut if it is less expensive and I have not had any problems with it so far. It cleans my face well and it doesn't dry it out or anything like that. I use it everyday, sometimes twice a day and it works.

I have tried many acne products, seriously I have.  Each product I've used are from clean and clear, st. ives, biore, you name it.  I was getting more and more disappointed as I watched as I didn't get results from any of these.  Finally, I started to go back to neutrogena.  Hey, it kind of worked for me back then and kind of is good enough for me after all the frustration of trying multiple products throughout the years.  My roomate actually recommended it to me.  After using it for a few weeks, my skin is clearer than it's ever been! Sure, it's not completely clear but it works really well.  Pair this with the acne stress moisturizer and you've got a very good combination.  Most of all, when I use this cleanser, my skin doesn't feel dry and leaves my skin soft.  It can be a little pricey especially since you have to use the acne stress moisturizer for optimal results.  On my last trip the store was out of the moisturizer, sad face.  So, I had to go with a clean and clear moisturizer instead.
