I remember a time when my mother once thought that Neutrogena's hand cream was going to be phased out of the market. She immediately went out and bought as many bottles of it as she could find. She has extremely dry skin especially in the winter time because her hands are in and out of dish water all day long as well as other normal wear and tear during the cold weather. Her fingers and knuckles will crack, and any time that starts to happen she reaches for the Neutrogena hand cream.
