I began using Neutrogena Healthy Skin liquid makeup after I developed a skin allergy and needed something new. I tried a couple of other brands before landing on this one, and it works great. I use it every day and have had no skin issues whatsoever since staring it. It covers really well and feels light on the skin. There are only a few color choices, but I was able to find one that works well for me. However, if you are at either end of the dark/light spectrum, it might be difficult to find the proper shade for your specific skin tone. The only complaint I have is the bottle shape. It does make it hard to get out the right amount, and I suspect that there will be a lot left in the bottle when it is "empty." I prefer a compact or tube, but I can live with the bottle. This makeup goes on pretty smooth and lasts all day without really needing to be reapplied or touched up. It also mixes well with moisturizer if you want to make your own tinted moisturizer for days when you don't want full makeup.

First off, this foundation broke me out around my mouth area quite bad. From wearing this two days in a row, I got many pimples that were deeper under the skin than just white-head pimples. It did not give me the "healthy skin" that it claims to. It gives off a neutral finish that is very slightly dewy, but I was expecting it to give more of a glow since it said your skin was supposed to look healthy. My skin looked quite bland, but it was better when I used a moisturizer underneath that had sun protection, so some shine came through. It covered up acne decently, but really red ones were still obvious. I could not find an exact match for my skin and had to go with one darker, and it was a little orange. There were very few colors at my drugstore. It has a good amount of sun protection, so that is a plus for summer time wear. However, it melts off my face very easily and does not last long. Throughout the day it started to crust up around acne and got powdery looking along my wrinkles.

I've tried a lot of liquid foundations and most of them make my face look really oily. I seen this Neutrogena healthy skin liquid makeup at my local drugstore and I had to try it. I immediately loved the way it went on my face. It had a thin texture that didn't feel too runny. It went on smoothly and it didn't leave any streaks on my face. I like how it gave me full coverage without looking too heavy. My face didn't look oily and it covered all of my imperfections including my acne scars. Its great how it has spf 20 in it so it gives sun protection and this foundation lasted me all day without coming off. I usually set my foundations with a light powder but in this case I didn't have to because it blended very well in my skin tone. This foundation didn't clog my pores so I didn't get any breakouts from this makeup. I would definitely buy this again. I like how its affordable to buy and they sell it at most drugstores.

This is a great quality product for a very affordable price. It covers well and wears well throughout a long day. The color options are also wonderful because there are a lot of options and I might even switch between two depending on the time of year and how tan I am. The texture is really nice and lightweight with a silky smooth finish without being shiny! This is almost a miracle combination. After use of this product for a few weeks, it was obvious that my skin was definitely feeling better and looking more even. (Although, remember you have to take your makeup off and clean your face each night!) The ONLY thing I DISLIKE is the packaging. It is a slightly thick substance so it is very difficult to get it out of the bottle. I love that the bottle is glass but a pump would have been nice because I find myself shaking the bottle quite a bit. I sense problems coming on as I use the product more and get to a limited amount of product in the bottle.

I often have problems finding foundations that suit my skin tone. I'm extremely pale, but my skin has yellow undertones. I often find that fair foundations have pink undertones, which don't look good on my skin. This foundation is PERFECT for people with yellow undertones. This foundation has medium coverage and a dewy, natural finish. The wear is about 8 hours, but the foundation wears off of blemishes much more quickly. This foundation is supposed to improve skin condition, but I can't really attest to that. I've used this foundation for several years, but haven't noticed any improvement to my skin. However, I don't have terrible skin; I rarely break out. I would recommend this product to people with normal or dry skin, as the finish is dewy, and the product feels light on the skin. People with oily skin will find that this product wears away quickly. This is one of my favorite foundations!

I was looking for a new foundation with good coverage and more of a satiny finish. When the foundation is first applied, it's mostly still liquid but once it sits for a few seconds it mattifies. I have oily skin but I hate the look of mattified skin because it draws more attention to my blemishes and uneven skintone. If you like a matte finish with good coverage, this foundation will be a good foundation to try. It does contain sunscreen which is helpful but you could get a the same treatment from a moisturizer. This foundation doesn't offer anything special and didn't change my skin after wearing it for a month. Even as I used the lightest shade, it dried slightly darker than it went on. The color range is the usual for drugstore foundations, but didn't match my undertones. The foundation may be put to best use with a beauty blending sponge, brushes would make it a terrible texture and using hands did my skin no justice.

I wasn't aware until I read someone else's review that this product was actually supposed to improve the health of your skin. I have been using it for a year and have not noticed any improvement, so that's a disappointment, but the makeup itself works very well and is within my price range. I wish it wasn't tested on animals. I bought the product because it was the correct shade for my light skin, contained sunscreen, and promised not to be oily. It has not irritated my sensitive skin. This makeup goes on with a flawless finish that I really like, but it does get a little greasy even on dry skin, especially in summer if I wear it over a sunscreen with higher SPF, and I have had the occasional breakout since using it. I use it with the Healthy Skin pressed powder, which also works pretty well. Neither the makeup nor the powder have made any noticeable improvement in the health of my skin, but their coverage and finish are slightly better than other brands of makeup I've tried. Overall, though, it's a good choice.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup is a great drugstore brand foundation. It is a little bit pricier than the other drugstore brands but the quality is definitely better. It's extremely convenient since it can be found anywhere! You don't have to go to a specialty store in the mall just for your make up. I have acne prone skin and it was so gentle it didn't make me break out. The coverage is light and looks natural. The bottle is a good size and lasts you a good long while. I would say it lasted me at least 4 months of daily use. They also offer a variety of shades. However, being Asian, I couldn't find one to perfectly match the yellowish undertones in my skin. They were all a little too pink in their undertones. This is the only reason I switched foundations. Otherwise, the quality, price and convenience of the Neutrogena foundation really can't be beat if you can find the perfect shade.

I love this Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup liquid foundation. I am Asian with combination skin, an olive skin tone, and fairly tan. I use this liquid foundation in Honey Beige as my base foundation. I typically use MAC's Face and Body Foundation, but I picked this up because I needed a darker foundation and wanted to try something different. The texture is very smooth but not too watery, so you can add on for more coverage. It goes on very evenly and blends well with the skin. I would say coverage is light to medium. The finish is more on the matt side even on my dry and oily zones. I have a difficult time finding darker shades for my skin as they tend to be on the pink side but this shade works very well on my tan skin. I am not sure if the antioxidants and SPF is working because I use a moisturizer with sunscreen daily, and I have a skin care routine that keeps my skin clear and healthy. It stays on my skin for a fairly long time as well. This foundation, I think, is a great deal for the price.

I have used Neutrogena Healthy Skin liquid makeup for years. Partially because I am really pretty satisfied with it, and partially because I am just in the habit of buying the same product each time. I really like that it does not cause clogged pores. I also think it is really important that it contains sunscreen. That saves a step in the morning when getting ready and helps keep skin looking better in the longrun by preventing sun damage. This product also comes in a variety of shades, which is nice if you are a little more tan in the summer or a little paler in the winter. My only real complaint with this product is that I don't think that the coverage is always sufficient. I also think that it is a little overpriced. It costs more than most other drugstore level cosmetics. Overall, I would say that Neutrogena Healthy Skin liquid makeup is a worthwhile product.
