Neutrogena Healthy Skin Smoothing Stick - Correcting Yellow Review

I am cursed with an uneven skin tone and constant bags under my eyes.  I have extreme dark circles under my eyes, and while nothing erases them, Neutrogena Smoothing Skin Treatment Concealer, does help disguise them.

The concealer comes in a tube that looks like a lipstick.  You wind it up just like one too.  I use the Corrective Yellow because if you want to conceal undereye circles or darkness, yellow is the best color concealer to use.  I apply it directly under my eyes and then blend with my fingertips.  My foundation and powder goes right over it.  And no, it doesn't look like I have yellow makeup on.  It helps brighten up my eyes a little more than a regular colored concealer.  Now, if you don't need Corrective Yellow, you can still use this fantastic concealer.  It is also available in Fair, Light and Medium tones.

This concealer blends fantastic.  It really does go on, and blends, smoothly.  It's not heavy on your face, but it is provides fantastic coverage that I haven't been able to find with other correcting concealers, and the coverage lasts ALL DAY.   It's oil free too, so it would be great for all skin types. 

I don't use this yellow color of concealer for anything other than undereye use.  I wouldn't recommend anything other than your own skin tone for concealing things like freckles, age spots, or blemishes.  But as I said, you can purchase this brand in other shades. 

One tube of concealer lasts me just about a year, and I use it every single day.  The price for Neutrogena makeup is a little high, but the concealer itself is priced reasonable at about $ 6.50.  I haven't been able to find the Smoothing Stick brand everywhere, but I consistently find it at Walmart or Walgreen's Pharmacy.

I would highly recommend this concealer to other women that suffer from undereye circles or darkness.  Having flaws in our skin makes us appear older than we really are.  I know I'd like to do what I can to look the best I can.  And Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Smoothing Stick concealer helps me do just that.
