I absolutely loved the wand that was in this mascara bottle. It was one of the reasons that this product was really great in my eyes, looking at how the bristles were spread apart, they really pull your eyelashes apart instead of making them clumpy. I also notice that curling my eyelashes truly isn't necessary when I have this wand. It is one of the best investments I have made. As for the actual formula in this product, it isn't easy to layer and make your eyelashes more dimensional and long/thick. If you want a super dramatic look, this probably isn't the product for you.

Neutrogena does a really great job with this mascara. One light to average coat is all it takes to have instantly longer more noticeable eye-lashes. The applicator wand is super great because the mascara does not clump up on the wand. The bristles are spread apart slightly so that it is way easier to get each eye-lash coated with the mascara. I only have to apply one average coat to get full even coverage. It comes in several shades, and I particularly love the brown black. It is easy to coordinate with eyeliner and eyeshadows by neutrogena as well since they use the same colors and shades. Because it healthy lengths mascara is by neutrogena you know that it is going to be made with gentle ingredients that are not going to harm your eyes or skin. The price is comparable to other mascaras and Neutrogena often goes on sale and even has coupons in the newspaper. You can easily find this mascara in your local drug store, grocery store, or mass merchandiser.

I am so glad that a friend of mine bought the Neutrogena Healthy Lengths mascara.  If it wasnt for her i might never of tried it.  I have been a straight up covergirl "pink/green tube" girl since high school, which was 11 years ago and have not looked back since.  I am a "if it ain't broke, dont fix it".  But...this time had to try it beings she went on and on about it, oh and she bought it, so i broke down and I am so glad I did.  I can not believe how it looks on my eyelashes.  it really makes them appear longer.  The brush applies the mascara really good.  I have never had any lashes stuck together with a big glob of masaca.  It does not smear unless you touch it before it dries..guilty!  It also does not flake like some do.  What is really cool is that the rice protein in the mascara is also improving the health of my lashes at the same time.  Also if you look at my lashes you can tell I am wearing it, but if you touch them you can't tell. I so recommend this to everyone.  The only negative is the price, but it is so worth it.

I don't think I've ever bought a Neutrogena product that I didn't like...until now.  This left my lashes very dry and stiff.  It's waterproof but I've always been able to remove waterproof with no problem.  I ususally use Ponds, Neutrogena or Loreal eye makeup removers.  With this mascara I tried all three and still didn't feel my lashes were clean. I had to try to pick some of the left over mascara off without pulling out my lashes.  (Like trying to pull nits or lice off strands of hair  - former school nurse).  I won't be recommending or buying this product again.  Very disappointed.
