After trying many skin care product, I always find that the Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar outperforms all of them!
I have been using Neutrogena for years and have never been dissapointed. It keeps my skin clear and it seems to be the best at removing any dirt and oil on my face. I know that many people swear by Dove, but that seems to leave a residue on my skin and never clean it entirely. Even my optomotrist said Dove was bad for people who wear contacts because it leaves film on your hands that is transfered to your contacts when you put them on. After I heard that, I thought it was time to switch. Although Neutrogena doesn't have a built in moisturizer, I think that is for the better. I just apply a little moisurizer after washing my face. That way all of the dirt and oil from the day is removed with the soap and then I can moisturize so my face doesn't overproduce oil. It seems to be a winning combonation, and I'm done trying other products. I know this works best for my skin and I don't get the urge to try new cleansers anymore. It's affordable and I don't have to waste money trying new products and throwing them out when they fail.
I wouldn't recommend the unscented bar, though, unless absolutely necessary. Somehow, it smells stronger and worse than the original formula.
