Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo works great at removing build up from your hair. Everyone gets build up on their hair, it's nothing to be ashamed of.  It's due to everything we put our hair through, and all the products we put in it like hairspray, gel, other shampoo and conditioner, mousse, etc.  Build up occurs from swimming in chlorine too, which is something I do a lot of.
