This is absolutely the best anti-aging product you can buy for less than $50. It's easy to use and very effective. I have very sensitive skin and have had no allergic reactions to this product. It really makes my skin more smooth and diminishes wrinkles drastically. I can definitely tell the difference if I don't use it for a couple of weeks.

I have used the facial system that had the machine with 2 facial pads & 2 jars of the elixir but now they cut it down to one for the same price. Then we were at BJ's and saw a setup for the Neutrogena Advanced SolutionsTM Facial & Body MicroDermabrasion System. For $50 you get both in one package. The small disc for face & the large disc for body. Once a month is what we use this for. When that itchy back hits, it's time. Or your face is looking liney, it's time. This product is superb. Easy to use & you will notice immediate results. Every time my 25 yr old daughter sees me she says I look younger than I did the last time she saw me. This product makes your skin so soft & smooth that not even a baby's bottom can compete. Truly! I've had allergies forever and this product doesn't produce anything but GLOWING skin.

Not as good as professional system

This system is okay, but I don't think you really need the skin buffer to get the same effect. You can feel the crystals in the cream, which there is not a lot of, and your skin will get the same effect by just rubbing it in with your fingers. The cream is good, but the hand held buffer just collects the lotion soaking it in so your face can't use it. I have problems with blackheads on my nose and this does not clear them as well as when I have a professional microdermabrasion treatment.
