This system is okay, but I don't think you really need the skin buffer to get the same effect. You can feel the crystals in the cream, which there is not a lot of, and your skin will get the same effect by just rubbing it in with your fingers. I have used the facial system that had the machine with 2 facial pads & 2 jars of the elixir but now they cut it down to one for the same price. Then we were at BJ's and saw a setup for the Neutrogena Advanced SolutionsTM Facial & Body MicroDermabrasion System. For $50 you get both in one package.
