I like this cream cleanser. It is somewhat gentle compared to the acne treatments I am used to. There is no real burning or tingling and it does have a somewhat soothing effect. However, I still have some acne when using this product and it doesn't do much to get down deep into and cleanse the pores. I would be willing to bet that this would work great for someone who suffers from mild acne with sensitive skin, however I have moderate acne and rather oily skin and this stuff doesn't quite do the trick. I have combination oily skin, so when I don't clean my face extremely thoroughly on a regular basis, several times a day, it can feel really gritty and uneven because of all the oil that collect in my pores. I find Neutrogena's Oil Free Acne Wash Grapefruit a great daily face wash to prevent acne. It is non-drying and the smell is far superior to other acne soaps on the market. The price is a bit higher than most acne washes but is well worth it.

I would definately recommend the Neutrogena Anti Acne Moisterizer to anyone with mild to moderate acne who needs a decent moisterizer. I began using it about 2 months ago and I have noticed a major improvement in my skin. I suffered from severe acne back in middle school and high school. I received a set of free neutrogena products from my dermetalogist. It included many products that are not made presently, but this one still is. I use it daily and it has greatly reduced the acne on my chest and back. I have used almost the whole bottle of product and I still have not seen a single difference in my face. It does work well for washing my face and taking off makeup but thats about it. The product has done nothing to reduce or stop breakouts on my face. When you use the product it feels like it is working because your face warms up and starts to have tingling feeling. Neutrogena On the Spot Acne Cream
I have used Neutrogena On The Spot Acne Cream many many times, and I am not that impressed with it. It works extremely well to help clear up pimples or cystic acne if you are able to being using it immediately after the acne forms. However, if there is a head on the pimple, the Neutrogena On The Spot Acne cream will harden the head and turn it into a great big scab like object, which is definitely much harder to cover up and takes a lot longer to go away than just the acne itself would.
