I have went through 2 of these modems in the past 9 months. They are just a waste of money. There is no warranty on them. They work great and are easy to install but be prepared to buy a new one every year, at least. I have now learned my lesson and bought a little more expensive one and it comes with a warranty.… read full review »

I bought the Trendnet TEW432-BRP router about a year ago. You see, I needed something that outed wireless internet to my laptop computer. This was the most inexpensive router avaliable. Despite the low price, I am impressed and happy by the quality of the Trendnet TEW-432BRP router. — This router is used for outing wireless internet connectivity within about 50 feet in all directions of the router through a broadband internet connection. There are four ports avaliable as well for connecting computers nearby through LAN line without using wireless. —… read full review »

Apple always delivers on its claims… the public might not always agree, but products ALWAYS deliver! I have used the Airport Extreme Router since January and it is faultless and efficient, stable and reliable on both 2.4GHz & 5GHz settings. I use PCs and Macs on my home network in a large soviet-type building with super thick concrete walls. I use an old PowerMac G4 500 server upgraded to 1.24GHz with 270GGB storage, 128GB graphics card and cable ethernet from the router. The other is a MacBook Pro 2.4GHz, 17" hi-res screen (1920 x 1200) 160GB HD and Extreme Airport card built-in. … read full review »

Although Ver 2 loses conectivity frequently it is still one of the easier wireless routers to setup.  Ver 8 seems to lose connctivity less frequently and has several more options than Ver 2.  After one of my Ver 2 routers went down it took less than 5 minutes to replace and reconfigure it with a Ver 8… read full review »

I ha purchased a new computer for my bedroom.  The one that I had was slow and old.  I had another brand wireless USB adapter on the old computer which would not connect me to the internet on the new computer.  I went and purchased a new adapter, same name, which woukld not work.  I called the tech center for my computer, the tech center for my internet server and the tech center for the wireless router no one could get me connected to the internet.  After trying for three or four days and running back to circuit city to purchase and return the… read full review »

I recently purchased this router for my new laptop. It works great. I haven't had any problems and the set up was a breeze. I am a stay at home Mom that is going back to school and I have about 12 years of computer experience. That is that I have been using computers for that long, certainly not working on them. I got this item at Best Buy for $45. — The one think that I would like to point out that you may not hear from your local Best Buy employee, (however mine was nice enough to remind me of this), is that you MUST set up an encrypted password or anyone in your area has the… read full review »

I recently purchased a Dell laptop on ebay that didn't come with a modem.  I didn't even think to ask about that (I thought they all had modems preinstalled), so I was in the market for a modem for the very first time! — This unit plugs into the usb port and has a cd and booklet with it.  Very easy to get up and running. — While I use a wifi network every day, I needed a dialup backup that this unit provides. — Very easy and economical.  I love it!… read full review »
