On May 12, Netwinner canceled all payouts owed to that date, changed the TOS to retroactively cover that action, eliminated purchasing rewards and converted to strictly raffles, accused over 40% of the members of cheating and blamed the economy and members attempting to defraud them for their actions. When they became inundated with complaints at their local Charlotte BBB (over 200 to date), they accused most of those members of cheating, using bogus statistics as proof, told at least one member that his referral did something wrong and made that his own TOS violation and then changed the TOS again to include such a thing, and the rest of the people they simply said we can change the TOS at will, so complaints against anything we do are not valid. The BBB issued a statement, pretty much blasting them for their business practices. In recent weeks, winners of raffles have gotten emails stating the prize is not available and points returned. They have admitted the games are rigged, saying *we would be fools not to be able to control the outcome*. They violate their own TOS routinely and have vilolated the TOS of advertisers routinely, as well. Paid employees are permitted to play and win, and they, as well as mods, were paid out their winnings before the May 12 letter referenced above. Investigations are being conducted by government agencies as to the legality of their whole business. If you still play there, please stop, you are only helping them stay in business and continue to scam others. If you're considering playing there, turn, run screaming, save yourself!
