good response from their website, great selection, receiving movies in the mail, great deal for frequent renters, easy to learn system

new releases can be tough to get, have to be pro-active for best results

Netflix is simply the best! They are very prompt in sending out movies when you return one. It is so nice to be able to have a bunch of movies to choose from whenever and whatever time you want. I am saving alot of money too because I get alot of new releases and compared to what you pay at the video store for a new release Netflix pricing can't be beat.
